A big fuck off maelstrom of Doom! Complete with crashing cymbals, distortion from sheer ear splitting volume, menacing pace and lyrics about a witch burnings. So far so doom but then “Ochro Ologo” jumps off the sofa and starts punching all the hippies. An instrumental that rips eagerly into the realms of Sludge and Thrash. I really like this album for its mix of styles, it actually takes all these retro stylings and makes them sound fresh and exciting, more then, than the sum of its parts.
